Contact Webroot Technical Support if you need to clean up this list and remove old items. Note: You cannot permanently remove endpoints from the Deactivated Endpoints group yourself. You can deactivate devices directly from the Webroot Management console, using the Agent Command Deactivate Device. After seven days, the status changes to Not Seen Recently. Once SecureAnywhere is removed, the endpoint is displayed in the Deactivated Endpoints group.
